This describes the terms of engagement between Awesomium Team LLC and you. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not play our games on our servers, do not use paid assets and close this site.

Purchased assets from Awesomium Team LLC can be modified and used in different games and also used for commerce.

You undertake not to distribute the code/assets on third-party platforms, as well as to share them in the public domain.

You acknowledge and agree that all fees and other costs associated with the provision of paid services are paid in advance and are non-refundable, either in whole or in part. You are solely responsible for all charges associated with your account, including any unauthorized payments.

All transactions and purchases are processed automatically at any time of the day, unless technical work is being carried out or there has been a failure in payment systems.

You agree not to infringe the copyright of Awesomium Team LLC in all content and code.

Awesomium Team LLC makes no warranties, is not liable for damages or other claims arising out of the use of the software and/or any other interaction with Awesomium Team LLC property.

Awesomium Team LLC may, at any time, stop the provision of services, or significantly change the services provided. Funds spent on virtual values, however, are non-refundable.

Awesomium Team LLC reserves the right to terminate this agreement with you at any time, for any reason, without explanation, notice or warning.

Awesomium Team LLC reserves the right to change this agreement without notice at any time.

You agree not to disrupt the Awesomium Team LLC servers/games in any way.

You agree not to use any software or device to gain an unfair advantage in the game on the servers of Awesomium Team LLC. Any blocking for violation of this paragraph is undeniable.

You undertake not to use additional accounts, proxies to bypass blocking in games and on servers. All additional accounts will be blocked.

You undertake to report to the administration about important problems that make it possible to disrupt the operation of the game / server or gain an unfair advantage.

Possession and concealment of such information, as well as transferring it to other players, is punishable.

You agree not to exchange game money and items for real money and their equivalents in any form of interaction (including gifts through the game store) with other players.

You undertake not to use the resources of Awesomium Team LLC to distribute and receive information that is prohibited in the territory of the Russian Federation and USA, or that violates the laws of the Russian Federation and USA, as well as information that violates the confidentiality and privacy of any person.

Users can produce and share their content using video footage of the game on the server, as well as monetize it. However, we reserve the right to require you to stop doing the above.

You understand and agree that the purchase of an item from Awesomium Team LLC games/servers means that you will be able to use the item or service for the duration of the item/service.

The purchase of a virtual item/service does not mean the transfer of the item/service into the ownership of the buyer.

When an account is blocked or an agreement is terminated, access to virtual items / services is blocked or lost, compensation is not reproduced either in full or in part.

You agree not to infringe the copyright of Awesomium Team LLC in all content and code.

You agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

Awesomium Team LLC reserves the right to change, add and remove virtual items/services as necessary at any time.

Awesomium Team LLC reserves the right to block all player accounts for violation of any clause of the agreements, or the rules of the game / game mode, or due to termination of the agreement.

Awesomium Team LLC has the right to scan the RAM, ROM, devices and network of users computers for signatures of prohibited software/devices for anti-cheat operation during the game.
